Description:

A booking confirmation email is a transaction email you send to your customers to inform them about their reservations. Use this email to share your customers' reservation details.

The purpose of the workflow is to send a confirmation to those who booked a hotel room. The email will be sent as soon as the booking is made by the customer. It includes information such as the check-in and check-out details, number of guests, hotel room, reservation code, etc. Send this workflow to give you peace of mind to your customers that their booking has been made successfully. This email also includes location details with a map. 

The workflow consists of 2 blocks.

  1. The first block is the “Event fired” trigger. When your customer books a place, the following trigger will be activated.
  2. The second one is the “Send Email” block. The template has all the information that a customer wants to see after booking. The email template contains booking details such as the location, guest number, total amount, and more.
