Send emails to users who have a match(NEW)

Dating apps and websites are now among the most popular online services. Every day, more and more people join to find a date. The match can happen randomly or due to the mutual interests of two people. You can also send match emails to win back your passive contacts. In this way, you'll remind them about your app and make them curious about who they have a match with.

The main goal of this workflow is to alert your users when they have a match.

The workflow consists of 5 blocks. 

Starting point for this workflow is an in-app event where your user has a match. To trigger the workflow, send the event via API to SmartSender 10 minutes after the last user session. If there is a need, you can change the conditions.

The users will receive an email notifying them that someone has matched with them.

Next, the platform will wait 12 hours and check whether the email is opened. If the email is opened, then no further actions are required. Otherwise, the users will get an email to remind them that matches are waiting for them. 

You can send as many emails as you need depending on the content. Maintain the same interval between campaign emails because SPAM filters pay special attention to randomly sent emails.
