Inform your users about their new messages

Modern romance has been greatly influenced by dating apps. They have altered how people meet and form relationships.

The chatting feature enables the users to ask questions, interact through messages, and get to know each other better before the meeting. But what if someone missed a message and it's been a long time since the last visit?

This workflow allows you to automate sending alerts to users who have in-app unread messages.

Starting point for this workflow is an in-app event where your user gets a message after being out of the session. Send the event via API to SmartSender 10 minutes after the last user session.

Immediately after the event is fired, the system automatically sends a personalized alert. With this email, you invite your user back to the session to continue in-app communication.
